If you are in need of some self-love, self-care, and supportive, creative energy with like-minded people, this workshop is for you!

In this workshop, we will explore how self-compassion, forgiveness, and mindset can create a deeper and healing connection with your body and yourself. Through guided meditation, discussion, self-compassion exercise, and writing prompts, you will discover new ways to connect with your inner wisdom, listen to your body's messages, and to treat yourself with kindness. You will come away feeling more in tune with your body and aligned with yourself so you can make choices that improve your wellbeing and serve your highest good. 

You will also receive a handout, "11 Ways to Love Your Body to Health" to assist you on your journey.
