As we’re slowly moving into 2024, I want to focus on love, its impact on our wellness, and how to create more love in our lives.
Why?
Love has a significant impact on our health. Love increases feelings of self-worth, producing positive feelings, which helps ease anxiety and negates loneliness and depression.
Love is a catalyst for change, development, and growth.
More love in your life enhances sleep, lowers blood pressure, brings about faster healing, supports your immune system, and improves heart health.
One of my intentions for this year is to cultivate more love.

3 Ways to Create More Love
1. Nurture the love that you already have
Sometimes we forget to consider the people in our lives who already love and care for us. Put intentional effort into nurturing those connections. Make plans with your family, reconnect with or call friends you haven’t seen in a while or who live in a different city.
2. Be kind and give love freely
By being kinder to others, you will learn to love yourself more. Authentic kindness attracts more kindness and love. Plus, people love to be loved. So if you love someone, tell them. Be open and honest with your love and it will find its way back to you.
3. Learn to love yourself more
Each morning, when you wake up, ask yourself, “What can I do today to show you love?” And if you’re in pain, or faced with a challenging situation, ask yourself, “What would love do?” When you come from a place of authentic love and compassion, it is your highest energy self and this cultivates more self-love.
The more love you nurture and create, the more joy, healing, abundance, gratitude, and vitality will fill your life.
So let’s create more love in 2024.
