Here’s how Nourish Till You Flourish works:
The first two weeks we delve into mindset, thoughts, and beliefs, followed by two weeks of nutrition, digestion, and mindful eating. The final two weeks focus on setting healthy boundaries, sleep hygiene, and other supportive lifestyle habits.
