Mid-Year Reset: Your Personal Reevaluation

We're essentially halfway through 2022, can you believe it?!

Did you set goals or intentions at the beginning of the year? If so, now's a great time to do a personal check in and assess where you're at and how you'd like to move forward for the remainder of the year.

Have you found that as life has happened, your noble new year intentions have faded? Perhaps what mattered to you at the beginning of the year has changed?

Maybe you still very much want to reach those January 2022 goals but you haven’t made it happen yet. No problem. Be curious, not judgemental.

To get you started on your personal mid-year reset and reevaluation, I am recommending journal prompts on three areas of your life:

  1. Physical Wellbeing

  2. Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

  3. Diet and Nutrition

Rate each of these on a scale of 1-10 (1 = shitty, 10 = absolutely fabulous)

  • I currently feel….

  • I want to feel….

Continue on with these prompts for each category:

  • What I intend to start doing (things that will make a positive impact)....

  • What I intend to stop doing (things I can let go of that are not serving my future self)....

  • What I will continue doing (things that are working well)....
