The B- Method for Recovering Perfectionists

Raise your hand if you identify as a perfectionist, recovering perfectionist, or an all-or-nothing thinker.

You know, someone who holds yourself to impossibly high standards?

I used to be a perfectionist workaholic overachiever. While I had “success” I was a ball of tension, overwhelm, and I barely slept.

Thankfully, I have worked through this and I’m sharing one of the tools I use:

The B- Method is a mindset shift to overcome perfectionist all-or-nothing thinking.

It is about showing up and doing the work even though it’s not perfect, and not constantly criticizing yourself for not being perfect.

We have this idea that it has to be all-or-nothing and we need to be doing our absolute best at every single minute.

But can we live up to that impossible standard? No.

When you learn and practice The B- Method, it opens you up to more freedom, ease, and peace. You’re no longer bound to unhealthy and unrealistic expectations of yourself.

It doesn't have to be perfect. You don’t have to be perfect.

For a deeper dive, listen to today's podcast episode 107, “The B- Method for Recovering Perfectionists.”

Here’s to letting go of perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking in 2023.

This is the work what we do in my 9-week small group coaching program, Nourish Till You Flourish -- your foundational holistic wellness roadmap to life-long sustainable health.

In the program you'll learn more about releasing all-or-nothing thinking that's keeping you stressed and stuck, you’ll learn tools to practice mindful self-compassion and develop a healing mindset. You’ll be guided on how to create a better, more harmonious relationship with food, your body and yourself.

We begin Tuesday, January 24, 2023.

Early Bird Rate ends this Friday, January 6.

... I'm looking forward to seeing you inside.

Love, Your Wellness Coach,

Alyssa
