Treating Yourself Well

One thing I wish I'd learned to do sooner but glad I learned when I did, (fortunately, it’s never too late), was to treat myself well.

You’ve heard the golden rule, “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”

Of course this is a good practice and principle to live by.

But far too often many of us treat others well, to the detriment of ourselves.

This is very common with my clients. The care they show others outweighs the care they show themselves. They aren't used to treating themselves well or they simply don’t make themselves a priority, and they recognize this needs to change and they need guidance.

Do you treat yourself with the same patience, kindness, and respect that you do others?

Do you really listen to, honor, and trust yourself?

Do you refrain from judging or criticizing yourself?

Treating yourself well. What does that look like for you?

From self-talk, to self-care, to self-love, to nutrition and eating nourishing foods, to saying No or saying Yes, to opening your heart, following your dreams, believing in yourself — treating yourself well comes from within and that's what I’m encouraging you to do today, and every day.

I help my clients become more mindful and self-nurturing. I teach them to follow-through on treating themselves well, in a holistic and authentic way, so they feel more ease, peace, confidence, clarity, commitment and inspiration on their path to healing and wellness.

Sounds good, right? Ready to get to take the first step? Let’s talk. Email me to schedule an exploratory call.

Love, Your Wellness Coach,

Alyssa
