What if you gave yourself permission to be who you really are?
What if you gave yourself permission to let go of fear? To trust yourself? To feel happy?
What if you gave yourself permission to do what YOU want to do instead of judging yourself or doing what you think you “should” do, based on internal or external expectations?
Over the past several months, I've been exploring the concept of “giving yourself permission.”
When we give ourselves permission to (fill in the blank) this mental/mindset tool can help us open up to opportunity, possibility, and healthy change, which can allow us to unlock our full potential.
Three big ones for me recently are:
I give myself permission to change my mind.
I give myself permission to let go of struggle.
I give myself permission to live with ease.
