How Feng Shui Enhances Your Health

In September I went home to Minneapolis to visit my mom after an absence of a year and 7 months due to Covid. To make up for lost time, I booked another trip home earlier this month.

On this trip I decided to mostly stay home, cook, bake, and cozy in with my mom and watch Lifetime Holiday movies!

I am so grateful for my mom; she is my biggest supporter. Every life choice and every career shift I’ve made, she is there by my side, supporting, loving, and encouraging me.

My mom, Hinda, spent her career as a Speech Language Pathologist before becoming a Feng Shui Consultant. She’s also a world traveler, loves gardening, collecting antiques, Rachel Maddow, and craft cocktails.

She is a wealth of thought-provoking information and I thought it would be fun and meaningful to interview my mom on my podcast, Positively Anti-Inflammatory, celebrating my 50th & 51st episodes and talk about Feng Shui's connection to health and wellness.

I am thrilled for this week's episode 51, “Feng Shui and Your Health - Part 2.”

Listen in for part two of the insightful conversation with Hinda Abrahamson as she shares her journey to becoming a Feng Shui Consultant over 20 years ago!

Hinda expands upon what Feng Shui says about health and wellness and how Feng Shui is connected to living an anti-inflammatory life. She explains how incorporating Feng Shui principles can help support your healing journey and suggests two specific Feng Shui tips to enhance your health.

Enjoy the conversation here.

Love,

Alyssa
