How to Live With Ease

Towards the end of last year I was reflecting on my life (as you do) and recognized a pattern of struggle that I was not jazzed about.

I thought, am I so used to struggling that it’s become expected, and even comfortable?

On New Year’s Day I attended an online New Moon healing session. The leader invited us to share an intention.

With these thoughts in mind, my intention became letting go of struggle and allowing myself to live with ease.

A week later I attended another online workshop, “Dreaming Forward 2022” which was about honoring and releasing 2021, getting clear in your vision for 2022, and identifying a core word or energy for the new year.

Choosing a “word of the year” is a practice I’d never done.

Over the course of the 2-hour workshop, the leader guided us through various visualizations and writing exercises. And my word of the year showed up — EASE.

It was only after the workshop that I made the connection that I had already been intending ease in my life!

What does living with ease mean to me?

Living with ease means I am giving myself permission to let go of this habit, or need to struggle.

Living with ease means I am embracing and trusting the process of life.

Living with ease, I give myself permission to both give and receive pleasure.

Living with ease is continually showing up for myself in ways that are loving and supportive.

Living with ease is allowing myself to feel safe, secure, and to live abundantly – knowing that I am worthy and it is my birthright.

Do you long to feel more ease? Are you stressed or struggling more in your life than you’d like to be?

Join me in today’s podcast episode 56, “Living With Ease” as I discuss what living with ease means and how to create more ease in your life. I will share why I'm making a personal commitment to living with ease and suggest journal prompts to help you to tap into how you can attain this lifestyle change too. I also recommend 3 self-reflective ways and 3 practical ways to alleviate stress and struggle and cultivate more effortless living.
